Wow, it's been a long time, but you have been in my thoughts often. I just
wanted to say hi and tell you that you look great too! I've been pretty busy
these last decades. I'm married (17 years) and have a 9 year old daughter.
I've been living up in Niantic, CT (near Mystic) and enjoying the suburban
life. I work full time as a Systems Analyst for a small software company. My
daughter has been attending a YMCA day camp for the last 4 years and the
place really reminds me of Camp Shoshana! The very first day that I brought
her there, the directory was standing on the black top with a whistle around
his neck and a clipboard in his hand. Memories of Harry flooded my mind! My
parents still have their place in Monroe and I try to get up there a few
times during the summer. They send their love too.
I have taken my daughter
to see my old camp and shown her many pictures of my days there. She can't
believe that I wore the same fashions she craves now - boy how everything
old is new again! I have gotten a brief update from Steve Kolodny on how you
are doing and have traded a few e-mails with Ellen - she seems very happy. I
hope that I can make the next get-together, I was sorry to have missed this
last one. My brother also sends his regards. He is married (10 years) and
has 2 boys. He's living in Livingston NJ. I know he is still in touch with a
few people from Shoshana days and I see a few of the people when I go up to
Monroe. I will certainly pass along the website information that Steve is
putting together - what a great idea! Please write back and fill me in on
how you are doing and what you have been up to all these years! I look
forward to hearing from you soon.
